Long Beach Pride Presents "Pride Star"

Pride Star! Is back in its 3rd year of production! Here is your opportunity to compete and showcase your talent. Many people TALK about and DREAM about what it would be like to sing in this contest. Be the one to do something about it. Sign up now for PRIDE STAR!
This is a karaoke singing competition for amateurs only. The finalists will ride in the pride parade held on Sunday, May 17, 2009. The winner will receive a cash prize of $2500 and the 1st runner up will receive $750 and third place $450. Winners will be chosen Sunday, May 17, 2009 at the pride festival on main stage.
* *JUST ADDED! In addition to the $2500 cash prize, in association with MEDIA TEMPLE PRODUCTIONS and StudioOut.Com; the winner will also receive a fully produced, original track with a producer from the MEDIA TEMPLE Team. It’s time for the 4th Annual Q Film Festival Fundraiser, benefitting The Center Long Beach! Gay, Lesbian, Bi, Trans and Queer films brought right into our home town.
Tickets available online with package deals for saving money. Online ticket sales will be handled via will-call, after you’ve purchased them through PayPal’s secure server, print your receipt and bring it with you to the films you’re attending.
